Raisin contains phytonutrients and olenolic acid that maintain the proper health of teeth and gums. So you can satisfy your cravings for something sweet without worrying about the health of your teeth. Raisins are useful when it comes to curing constipation. To get relieve from constipation, you can boil raisins in water and drink the strained water. Raisins form a very nutritive and complete food.
